Becoming a member is simple. Our process is designed to be welcoming, personal, and completely convenient.
The Process

Initial Consultation + followup for lab reivew
This is an in-depth 60 minute appointment. The purpose of this appointment is for Dr.Blecher to begin to get to know you as a patient, helping to create a strong foundation for ongoing care. Expect to talk about your medical and surgical histories, family history, medications (prescriptions and over-the-counter), allergies, lifestyle, and active medical concerns.
At this visit Dr.Blecher will also determine what blood work is needed to address your unique situation and order it. Once results are available, a follow up visit to discuss results and formulate treatment plan will be scheduled.

Enrollment
If after your initial consult, you decide that you would like to become a patient, you will be given instructions regarding completion of the necessary paperwork, which can be done electronically for your convenience.
Your initial investment paid for the consult will be applied to your monthly membership payments.

On Going Care
Established patients will be seen for ongoing care (routine visits) at appropriate intervals based on their specific health needs AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Members are also welcome to reach out to Dr. Blecher any time as unexpected issues arise
